Salesforce to introduce ChatGPT integration with Slack

Salesforce has partnered up with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT with their collaboration software Slack. Some of the use cases of the integration:

• AI-powered conversation summaries to help users get up to speed in slack channels and threads

• Writing assistance in slack to help in drafting messages in seconds

• Research tools to help build skills and find answers on any topic directly in slack

Microsoft rolls out AI-powered Co-pilot to business app suite

Microsoft has introduced next generation AI-powered updates across its business apps. The update has been rolled out on Power platform - low-code tools to build apps & workflows and Dynamics 365 - Microsoft’s ERP and CRM tools. The move is supposed to help businesses improve customer experience, employee experience and operational efficiency by providing AI tools built for sales, service, marketing, supply chain and operations.
